The minimum installation order is two meters or a half-day labour charge of £340 + VAT. Aborted visits may be charged where access, keys, tenant notice or isolation were not provided as agreed.
Quotations include agreed materials, labour, labels, photographs and commissioning sheet. They exclude concealed pipe discovery, asbestos removal, builder’s work and utility company meter alterations.
